Project Experience

Mr. Wiemer has a broad-based background in the construction industry. Starting with the carpentry trade and progressing to cost estimating and project management, Mr. Wiemer has functioned as a general contractor and as part of a construction manager's team. Mr. Wiemer brings thirty years of hands-on construction experience and as Chief Operating Officer of ArCon Services has recently completed the construction of two fire stations and police headquarters building for the City of Wayne, Michigan. His value to the project is his extensive knowledge of construction means and methods in the preparation and monitoring of construction cost estimates, detailed construction and overall project/program management.
