Mr. Mougrabi brings to all projects his abilities to adapt a construction program to completion, without waiver from the required milestones. His intuitive approach to field management, scheduling and conflict resolutions will always insure a project completed on time and within budget constraints, regardless of the complexities included. He is the player that remains in constant contact with owners, architects, and trade contractors as necessary to produce a harmonious project team atmosphere from start to completion of any project he is involved in.
