Mr. Argenta has been directly responsible for technical services in the construction industry for the past 30 years. This responsibility includes the overall direction and coordination of contract documents and is also responsible for materials research, product, equipment and systems approval, life cycle cost analysis, technical specifications and the continuity of technical service in a diversification of project types from in-depth investigation studies to determine feasiblity through a complete building program. He has a thorough knowledge of trade responsiblities and the standards of the construction industry, including applicable codes and regulations governing the execution of the work.
Mr. Argenta is recognized for his professional leadership in the computerization of technical specifications as a former Director of the Construction Specifications Institute and member of the Construction Industry Council of Southeastern Michigan.
