Superintendents are on the jobsite to monitor the project. Management decisions regarding daily construction activities generally are made at the jobsite. If necessary, we are on-call 24 hours a day - to deal with delays, bad weather, or emergencies at the site. We work as many hours as required to get the job done properly and we will work this type of schedule to meet project deadlines.
