This is a one-story building with no basement, sized for a 50 sworn officer department, 11 cell lock-up, community/training room with outdoor access and 20 carport covered police vehicle parking.

ArCon Services worked hand in hand with the Architects from day one. ArCon monitored the progress of the construction documents, refined the project budget, value engineered various aspects and bid the project in early Summer 2003.

The close cooperation between ArCon, the Owner and the Design Architects through the design and construction process delivered the project within the budget six months ahead of schedule and with less than 1% in change orders.
