Wayne, Michigan 10,800 Sq. Ft. Completed 2003

The City of Wayne developed a master plan to bring all of their Public Safety and Service Facilities up to date. The planning of a dual use Interim Fire Station/DPW facility was the first project. This was a unique opportunity to design one building to accomodate two functional purposes; as a temporary Fire Station/Headquarters Facility, and later be converted to a DPW Truck Repair facility and DPW Administration Building.

This project was bid in February 2001 with construction beginning in April 2001 and completed in February 2002.
