Dearborn, Michigan 30,000 Sq. Ft.

This specialty food store is in the middle of an urban area (Warren and Miller in Dearborn) where space is at a premium.

The existing 19,000 sq. ft. retail area will be expanded to 30,000 sq. ft. by demolishing two existing buildings bordering public side walks. a second floor storage area of 17,000 sq. ft. will be built to include freight and delivery elevators.

ArCon has previously managed the expansion and renovation of the original Greenland market located a few miles away from the second location. The project was completed ahead of the planned date and within the original budget.
