Renovations to an existing engineering/drafting building transformed into an Early Childhood Assessment Center and Administrative/Social work staff office for the school district.

Working in concert with the Owner and Architect, ArCon Services was able to re-use the existing mechanical and electrical systems, with only minor modification.

This completed project was delivered to the Owner and occupied the second week of July 2002 with no cost impact.
